Why do you need to 'press' your sportsbook provider, doesn't the provider work for you giving service for money.
If they fully manage the whole process it looks that they hurt your brand and business with this decisions.

Definitely, I really enjoyed Razed as a site and the community there but I had 2 issues with the sportsbook that made me leave the site. I will be happy to see them having a new provider.

I don't think that solves the problem if the new one is as bad. Maybe a sportsbook specialist on site working for them and making the final calls will better
their sportsbook experience.
