Insider information alone can make you lots of money than anything else including skills or education. Inside information gives you early access to investment opportunities that not many people can get. You get to be among the first buyer and also among the first set of sellers of any investment. You're going to make alot of profits that you might never have to work again. I don't think there is any such information from an insider, unless the insider is really shady and unprofessional. It is true that such information can give an advantage to whoever receives it because he is one step ahead of others, but I am sure that there is no such thing. I have never come across a case where someone got that kind of information from an insider, if there is then that person (insider) should be fired and punished.
