Like with date to withdraw the money you have locked. Really if someone is locking his funds for future as a practice of a responsible gambler, he might like to set some funds aside and lock them and use them in the future when the unlocked ones has been exhausted but in the process mistakenly click the permanent lock, lolz guy, there will a serious commotion in the site and forum here.

But it is not clear for us yet. What you said is what I was thinking too. I read the number 3 for several times to understand if it is account or withdrawal but it is withdrawal. And I will also ask again "why a user will lock his funds permanently in a casino"? Why? why?? why???
Possible answers, he is too rich, he stole them, just for donation. And what will happen in the funds? Will the casino withdraw them or they will be there forever? And whenever the user login, he will see them and move on?
