This is not true, it depends on the money source. There is no person on earth that loves stealing and looting of public funds like politicians, they don't take their eyes on any opportunities and when they do, they make sure the money goes to an account that can't be traceable or they push their funds to offshore and use the money for what they have in mind and continue the looting, most often the lifestyle of girls that we see on social media is fund by them, they socialize than any person you can think from your mind.

You should have said people who work hard for their money and value their money don't get attention taken by mere things of the world but there are people that work hard for their money and at the end use it for fun. There are people that does labourer works, stand in the sun and after they get paid, they used it to spend the night with runs girl, that's the difference between a hard working man and a man that actually value the money he makes.
