Bro, these people are getting smarter. They do not use the same wallet anymore. They know how to avoid these things. Now, they create a dedicated exchange account for each account so they don't end up sending payments to the same exchange account. So, no, you cannot find all of them just by following the addresses. You have to connect the dots to find out who is who.

Using wallet software which can create multiple address sounds more plausible, since they could avoid hassle of exchange withdraw fee and handling multiple exchange account. Although if altcoin is involved, TX fee they need to pay would rise quickly since those altcoin doesn't use UTXO-based address.

they could be swapping the campaign payment to another coin using eXch or a similar platform before they send it to their main exchange account to cashout.

Considering exchange fee (usually starts from 0.5%), slightly worse exchange rate (compared with CEX where you need to register account/perform KYC) and network TX fee, i wonder how many people actually bother does that.
