To be fair sometimes a user needs to get harsh to get their point across because some dev teams can be stubborn too. It's hard to find the balance between being constructive and polite, especially if a change affects how you use a product. On the other hand, I believe a dev team needs to have the skill to understand criticism even if the message they got is quite rude. Well, at the end of the day time will tell whether the changes will be beneficial for the business and its user or not.
Well yeah finding the right balance between sustainability and user satisfaction is never easy and there will always be differing opinions on any update. I agree that dev teams should be open to feedback even when it's critical but at the same time maintaining the integrity of the system has to be the priority.
At the end of the day trust and long-term value are what matter most. No system will please 100% of users but as long as the team listens, evaluates and makes decisions with the bigger picture in mind that’s what counts.
Thanks for the raffle update wishing everyone good luck!
Completely agree that balancing sustainability and user satisfaction is never easy, and there will always be differing opinions on updates. Constructive criticism is always welcome, and even when feedback is direct or blunt, it’s still valuable as long as it helps improve the platform.
At the end of the day, our goal is to listen, evaluate, and make decisions that are best for both players and the long-term health of the system. No system will be perfect for everyone, but maintaining trust and delivering real value is what matters most.
Appreciate the discussion and the different perspectives—it’s always good to have open conversations about how things can evolve. And good luck to everyone in the raffle!:)
