I created an account a few days ago and started betting on sports. I won some money and withdrew $299 USDT. I got paid normally, so I continued playing. I went to log in and when I clicked on sports, the message "Sportsbook is not enabled for this account" appeared. I was shocked. I contacted them and they sent me the following message in the chat: "Please list the other accounts you have on Rollbit."
I do not have and have never had any other accounts other than this one. I have a balance of $668 USDT that I won playing sports and now I can't bet or withdraw.
I don't understand why you keep asking me to list other accounts when I don't have any.
Can anyone help me? Thanks!

Ive been using rollbit for a few months, processed thousands in deposits and withdrawals, fully verified account up to level 4
Today support asked me to list my other rollbit accounts - but I never had any alternative rollbit accounts, used my account on basically daily basis for a while.
Any suggestion on how can I help them fix it quickly, Im sure its some sort of a bug on their end

So they actually unlocked my account within a few hours, but I really hated the experience, as the first support lad told me he will only help me, when I decide to be truthful !

Maybe you’re right or perhaps you have something fishy going on but one thing is clear, the system wouldn’t act without a prompt requiring it to do so.

It’s rather pleasing that if truth is established in the case, it gets resolved easily so, yours isn’t any different and the casino isn’t exactly after restricting you from making withdrawals but to ensure safe gambling and gambling within it’s terms of service.

Hello, I'm being very honest about this, I don't have any other accounts, and I really don't know why it's asking me to list more accounts when I only have one. I even tried to resolve it directly through the website's support chat, but it just keeps telling me to list other accounts, but honestly I don't have any other accounts.
