Yes, and not only that, when you rest you do things that you didn't do before, for example if you have vacation sometimes it's lazy to cook, one can buy pizzas, hamburgers, watch TV until late, watch movies, series, drink beer, have a barbecue with friends, all those kinds of things are necessary, for those who have the beach nearby then going is not bad ideal, besides with that it refreshes the vision, so the fact that our brain experiences that and we ourselves relax and by resting in that way we when we play, or work or do any activity we will do it well, with more enthusiasm because we have had a good rest, and that helps a lot.

Diverting your mindset and keep it busy my allow you to think better, it's more on how a person perspect things, as the value of money should always be important to avoid losing a lot.
