Really don't understand what you mean by Chelsea has a good chance of winning the league this season because from what I see they have been nothing but absolutely terrible and have continued to show that although they had some kind of good spell but that too was over with the twinkle of an eye and when it comes to Manchester united then it's totally a different case because they poor performance had been nothing but sorrow all through but looking at their current stats and state now I think united are in a better position.

If we have to say that this season United is worse than last season, then Chelsea this season is not much different from last season. This season Chelsea is still in the top 4 of the standings, but there is no guarantee that they can maintain it until the end of the season. Let alone thinking that they will win the league, I can't think that far.
The final result of this season for Chelsea may not be much different from last season, they can still occupy the 5 or 6 position in the standings.
