Well, in previous years only the most voted ( first positions
) gets the rewards. nobody really care about the 2nd and 3rd places. It is only a placeholder position; if the winner decides not to take the rewards, it falls to the second place.

Brainboss won the award this year, he got the most votes.. He's our Local hero till next year.
