You are right. If we want to keep ourselves away from gambling then we must be busy with something else. If we have a lot of free time then we cannot keep ourselves away from gambling. Because earlier we needed to go to the casino to gamble. But now there is no need to go to the casino. We can gamble on the computer or mobile. So we must reduce the use of mobile or computer, and keep ourselves busy with something else. We can chat with friends in our free time or go for a walk or do a workout. These are good for our mental and physical health.
