This season Leverkusen has not was not fortunate because from the beginning of the season it has not been good with them because they they have been struggling with form and injuries to some of their key players like boniface and the rest plus most of their players are out of form so Leverkusen season has been charactarized by struggling I even had to commend Alonso for the way tha he has been able to still maintain this team to this level of the season but for now it's over for them this season they have to come back next season and try and strengthen their squad

You're right Leverkusen should be commended for the way that they have still maintain their form and still compete at this level because most teams are one season teams but Leverkusen was able to still maintain their form even though they where not able to play like last season due to injuries but am personally proud of what this Leverkusen side has been able to do this season because it's not easy to compete favorably at this level
