That’s true. I hate to think that the user was actually smart enough not to disclose his forum username, he knew the consequences of his actions. Reading the messages again this person clearly felt entitled to merits from you. His urgency suggests that he needed those merits to reach a new rank and possibly apply for available signature campaign.
