Thanks for the tag. I received it but had not checked my bot notifier until now when I got a second tag, from the quote directly above. However, the op has already sent me a pm concerning this and I have followed up with my contact yesterday, but I'm yet to get a reply.

I'll send anothee follow up today and hopefully this can be resolved soon.
