It is so unfortunate, as I can see is that betkin started their journey in this forum well but it is not followed by good services.
I am not sure if the former signature campaign manager can help this case, but maybe usekevin can have a direct faster and better communication with the betkin's staff or even owner so this issue can be solved soon.
I think this is the most viable solution to ping the Betkin representative since @userkevin merited the representative last reply to the case which means he is still monitoring this thread and in connection with the team.
I think they recently have had a review campaign on the services board so there’s a high chance that are still in regular contact for their promotion purposes in the forum.
It’s just odd that the representative become offline for a long time after responding on pending case that seems resolved the issue.
The campaign manager once stated that he spent over seven months with the betkin team before they finally hired him to launch and manage the signature ad campaign for the gambling company, what this means is that they must have some really strong bond or relationship that can't easily be seperated regardless of how things turned out with the campaign and all that..
So, definitely, the campaign manager is still direct contact with the team, but the question is whether he is ready to help and ensure that issues arising are solved for the good reputation of the casino?
And if paraadventure the casino isn't actually as legit as they initially claimed to be at first, what is the guarantee or assurance that the campaign manager isn't part of the management of the casino?
