I submitted everything required (ID, proof of address, and bank statements) and was verified up to Level 4 KYC. However, just a few hours after completing KYC, I received a message that my account was restricted due to āmultiple accountsā, which I strongly deny.
I only have one identity, one Rollbit account, and Iāve never used the site before creating this account in March. Iāve contacted **
support@rollbit.com** and **
compliance@rollbit.com** multiple times (March 30 and April 3), but I have not received a single reply.
I've also tried reaching out via live chat, but unfortunately, I was ignored there as well.
Itās now been over two weeks, and Iām still locked out of my account, unable to access my balance of $1,339.08. I suspect that maybe using the same VPN location on both my desktop and MacBook might have flagged something, but I always used the same country I live in. Either way, I believe this accusation is unfair and not based on proper evidence.

His a few things I didnāt get to understand from your narration.
You did mention having to make two deposits in the amount 446 and 116 USDT which sums up to 562 USDT. You didnāt mention if you did gamble with the said amount and made some wins or not but then, you tried to withdraw 82.31 USDT before you were required to go through KYC and was locked out of your account with a balance of $1,338.08.
It really doesnāt add up except there are parts to the storyline that youāve streamlined for easy narration.
Something I donāt get though;
Why use VPN in accessing the Rollbit site if itās functional in your jurisdiction?
Like youāve already predicted that, it could be the issue maybe, just maybe.
Even then, Iāll suggest you reach out to the proper channels and hope they clarify you on what seems to be the issue. Just be sincere why staying your case and if their is any truth in it, Rollbit would do well to resolve your case just as theyāve done others with similar issues above.
Thanks for your reply and questions, I appreciate it.
Yeah, I did use the deposited funds to bet ā mostly on tennis and sometimes basketball, but I didnāt use any bonuses or promotions. I donāt really bother with those, itās not worth the hassle for me.
Regarding the VPN ā I totally get your point. The thing is, I have my VPN on all the time by default. Itās just part of my daily setup, I never turn it off and honestly didnāt even think it could be an issue. I always set it to the same country I live in, though, so Iām not trying to trick anything or pretend Iām in a different region.
And yes, you got it right: I deposited 446 USDT and then 116 USDT, made some bets, and tried to withdraw 82.31 USDT on March 30th. Right after that, they asked me for KYC, which I completed up to Level 3. A few hours later, I got the āFunctionality is restricted for this accountā message, and now I can't access my funds ā which total $1,338.08.
Iāve tried to stay calm and resolve things through the proper channels, but so far, Iāve been completely ignored for more than two weeks. Iām just trying to get my money back and clarify what the actual issue is.
Thanks again for looking into this.
