An employee's income should allow them to do what they want on their vacations. Of course, first of all, they should take vacations and not have their wages cut during these vacations.
Wages should not be cut during weekends or holidays determined by the workplace, and the person should work and live in better conditions. Providing an environment that allows a person to be committed to their job and enjoy their job is important for both the employee and the workplace.
You are right, because there are still many companies that cut their employees' salaries even though they are on vacation by taking leave which is actually their right. Even the cuts are unreasonable. I am talking about this because I experienced it myself, so that not long after that I finally decided to resign. Even from some experiences that I found from my friends, they are still required to work during the holidays. Companies usually package it with the word loyalty to their employees. But the problem is they can't do anything, because they still need a job.
If a company does the thing you have said above, of course, choosing to recing the right choice, but we must be prepared to look for other changes to continue to have income that can meet the needs we need.
When other people still choose to survive the companies that are for their employees to keep their work on the grounds of loyalty to the company where they work, of course they have their own reasons for them to find it difficult to find other jobs that can provide income for them so they have to keep doing work even though they are on holiday.
