Those in your list are the lightest client that you can get if you do not want to send the Private View Key (can't be used to spend) to the server.
For example: "Feather" IMO is the Electrum of Monero.

It does but it's complicated to give an ETA to OP since he didn't specified his machine/device's specs.

The major contribution to the light client's sync speed is still the staring height anyways.
Even a powerful PC can take hours to sync if it has to start from 10+ years ago.
