Forum moderators receive salary so theymos as a head admin, knows which moderators are active, and which moderators are inactive for monthly salary payment processings. If he did not remove malevolent as a forum moderator, he just felt it is not necessary action for now.

Correct, IIRC the previous staff in our local board share how they are being paid. He said that they are paid based on the number of moderated post on the board he is assigned.

I’m not sure if this is still the mechanics of stuff salary but Theymos is indeed paying mods based on their contributions not in fixed monthly salary.

This inactive mods work is covered by respectable global moderator like Mr. big and Hilariousandco.
