You can find some available solutions with swapping your bitcoin to Monero, and trying with some bridges for crosschain swaps. These technical steps and solutions can help you to get more privacy and anonymity, but as I told you, breaking national laws is never good idea in long term. I am not sure that you can succesfully hide your identity and financial flow with government forever.

Of course not. Governments are doing everything to make sure that "identity and financial flow" can't be hidden, and if it is discovered, they will definitely impose excessive taxes. The weak point here is the transfer from crypto to traditional money. It is at this stage that questions will arise for you (from tax man). You can try to wait until it will be possible to pay for purchases using crypto, but here we will not see "freedom of the bitcoiners", because governments will require identification of wallets one way or another, which means that everything will come to the same thing that is happening now in the banking / financial system, but everything will be more regulated because of blockchain.
