And with that, it's going to be a different experience.

But if you are lucky then maybe you can hit that games, but if not then, yes the regret of not playing your favorite games.

It's seems quite a bad experiences though, all my years gambling, this is the first time I'm coming across such experience coming from a gambler who has previously played the game. Well if I'm in your shoes I'll try creating a new account and if thesame restrictions occurs it shows that it's not a bug but an intentional decision from the game provider. However maybe you should try out other interesting casino games, there are several gaming options to pick from including their originals.

As other replies have already mentioned, do not make another account as you might encounter just more problems than when you first started. I think that going here on the forum and sharing your experience is the good step. Someone can share if they have experienced this or not before. If you really want a more direct person, just ask a friend. But making another account of your own? Could be risky.
