Maybe talk to your campaign manager so he can speed things up for you. Or message "Cap Hook" on telegram since he is responsible for some stuff regarding campaign participants. Guess that's the easiest and maybe also fastest approach since sometimes KYC for new accounts can be tricky. Also, make sure you are from a region that's not restricted on stake.

I don't know the rules for new accounts because I see your account was created last april, for old accounts you can withdraw balance even without KYC. Regarding KYC, it usually no more than 2 weeks to process or if your KYC has a problem you will get a notification via email so make sure you check it regularly, last step if there are no clues or solutions contact the campaign manager via Telegram I'm sure you were invited to the Telegram group, right? well try talking to him I think he is the one who can help you.
