Hello, i asked for a sign up bonus to test the site and possibly the withdrawal speed. 50 USDT was added to my account with 1x wagering. I played a bit and tryed to withdraw but it was rejected. Now they said it's only for testing games and cannot be withdrawn... even though i requested real bonus and mentioned it was to test full site + withdrawal before depositing and they added real bonus. Can you tell them to process my withdrawal instead of cancelling it? It's not fair i did not ask for play money in that case i could play demo mode lol...
So you got the $50 without deposit and you tried to withdraw it after playing it a bit, have you completed the wagering requirement as they told you?
Logically if they say that there is 1x wagering requirement, your bonus should be converted to real balance once you completed the wagering requirement.
But if they say that it cant be withdrawn later after you completed the wagering requirement, it is not a good practice.
If they do not want to lose money from bonus without deposit, they should give standard wagering requirement (40x) so the chance for players to complete the wagering requirement is low.
