Did you also experience a 3-week verification delay? KYC level 1 and 2 verification is very simple, there is a possibility of filling in errors, but it shouldn't be too serious. Even if it requires data correction, I'm sure the time is also quite short.

Mine was a complete one week duration and got confirmed during the weekend, but this comes along with me first providing with unacceptable documents at the first instance, but later have to ask on the acceptable formats such as:
