OP, I asked this like two months ago but it looks like you have missed it, or that’s what I hope:
Fortunately, I was able to remember my password but I checked whether the problem was resolved and was surprised that nothing changed. It still doesn’t work, so there is no way for users to reset their passwords.

edit: I just received the reset password email but it took like ten minutes to arrive.
