Idk, Im just confused with the situation, what is the play here then? What should I do next in your opinion?
Now, this might be a bit confusing. Not long after I inquire an insight from Mahdirakib above, I addressed to another thread, this time BetPanda, and thus Betby. It kinda confirm that Betby shares the same provider as Rollbit. But from what the rep said, it seems Betby can selectively request an account from a casino to be locked while the other account in different casino owned by the same user [they have the resource to know it's same user] is allowed to work just fine.
In general, if a user gets limited, restricted or banned by Betby odds provider on any sportsbook, then the user will face similar problems across all other sportsbooks where the odds provider is Betby. The action may not be taken instantly, but sooner or later it will happen for sure. Betby works like a backend system here and might have a single database to cover all the sportsbook. They observe the betting pattern, device fingerprint and some other facts to detect the same users across different sportsbook.

I usually have doubts about the claim of Betpanda team, they always fail to provide evidences to the mediators. Looking into the case of the other user, I guess he hasn't played in Betpanda and BCgame at the same time. Also, there could be some other reasons (in example: change of device) which have helped him to not get caught yet.

Rollbit support team says the same thing to every user whose account gets blocked. Without any doubt, the multiple accounts claim is an automated system message from their support team. However, it has been reported by many users that the decision of blocking user account only comes when they make profits. It doesn't come when the user starts to lose after creating a new account on a Betby odds provider platform.
