That statement seems very disrespectful toward another league. Just because Tottenham won Europa League, then you generalize that if other leagues are not as good as EPL. I think this is wrong.

I see almost all of top leagues in EU are almost equals. The only different is that some leagues may be lack of investors, and made league become not as competitive as we wanted to see.

You can allow him say whatever his thinks, best you can do is ignore what's said. I consider the premier league tough but not the best, I'm not sure who to tag the best but I don't see the Premier League Competition above other Competitions.
