We never said that our registered email is support@bspin.io. We said that the support team handles emails like support@bspin.io.
We never said that we sent an email from bspin@bspin.com. That was just an example.
You have no way of knowing which email was used to register the official account, and we do not wish to disclose that publicly. That email address is managed by the project owner himself, so I cannot disclose it here.
The project owner has already sent an email from that address to the forum’s email address.

It seems you misunderstood me, because I was only reacting base on the suggestions people were giving and the response you made. Because the account you are trying to unlocked had no email linked to it, since it was a company account, and people were suggesting you should use the email that was either used in registering the account or any email that was linked to it. But since there is none, it's still fine.

However, I just did a little research, and I was made to understand that when you try to login your locked account, there is an email that will be displayed on your screen, and that's the exact email you will need to forward your complain to, and you can also pm both "theymos" and "badbear" regarding this your request, as stated in the reference below.
