Its permanent blocked or you can recovery later? May I know reason behind your wife OKX exchange account got blocked? I have longer time not using OKX any more after my main account as for resubmit KYC again although have verified it before by submit Document ID and take selfie. Almost all exchanges have no protection for users, when your account blocked all fund seized and can't withdraw yet until success verifying back document or push them by asking our problem and how to solve it.

Warning for us, use CEX exchange can guarantee our fund keep safe and not get problem when withdrawing although ask verification again, for awhile Binance still secure as CEX exchange for and I bit problem with my local exchange always have new update for submitting post proof until have to submit my bank document history if want to withdraw fund to bank book or withdraw cryptocurrency assets to wallet.
