What we truly don't have is the WHOLE story/the FULL information of the issue. I'm not accusing the newbie that he's lying, and we can't simply say that RollBit is holding the newbie's coins because the casino wants to scam him/her.

I believe not since they are big company already and provably that they would not think about ruining their reputation just for that situation.

That's what I've been posting. Let's all AGREE that reputable casinos represented by trustworthy campaign managers are NOT trying to steal from their users. The mere suggestion of that by a newbie/brand new account is LAUGHABLE.

Since if they just let the affected user to post his claims or accusation against them and his issue would last for more months then provably that the attention will shift and people might think that there's something bad happen to them and that might put some stain on their reputation.

It's a situation that we simply don't have the WHOLE story.

- RollBit - a reputable and trusted casino prevents the user from making a withdrawal + asks that user to list all of his/her other accounts.

- The user claims that he/she doesn't have other accounts.

That's the situation, and how do casinos come to a conclusion that a person has more than one account?
