We appreciate your suggestion. Yes, we are aware that this kind of situation can negatively impact other gamblers' minds. But as of now, one gambler created a complaint on the Casino Guru. I believe they will reach a resolution from there. The brand is already spending thousands of dollars advertising on the forum. I am sure the brand cares about its reputation. But I cannot control the security department that does not disclose the reason for the withdrawal blocking.
Once the investigation is done, I hope to get an update, and I will share the update here asap.

I understand this because indeed for a relatively new site, especially on the forum, in the end it will always bring up a lot of polemics including complaints from some users but indeed as you said there is no way any platform wants to damage their own reputation let alone their business goals for the long term so the steps you took were very good for me, you did some appeasement on the forum while preaching solving the problem so that in the end although surely not everyone will believe it but it will at least make a little bit of a different judgment because the site has not been completely ignorant of the situation that happened including with complaints which shows that indeed the provider (in this case betbolt) wants to solve the problem in a proper way.
Receiving complaints continuously will have a slight impact but when the complaint can be resolved in the right way, trust will increase over time.
