Sure, you can, but after setting up your multisig wallet, you should carefully test every aspect of using it, especially how it handles change addresses. Some coordinators ^{used coordinate relevant private keys} or hardware wallets ^{if you're using any as cosigner} might not handle change addresses correctly. That’s why I strongly recommend testing your chosen scheme ^{hope it is 2-of-3} on testnet before doing anything with real funds on main net.
