Okay first of all not a problematic gambler my friend. I enjoy gambling as my favorite pastime. I own a home, cars, eggs, etc and put two kids through college so as far as self control I'm more then in control of my life. Now with that said, I've been a loyal player at BC for years and I've always use their self exclusion as a way to not chase a loss. I've used this option dozens of times in the last few years. I unfortunately was angry and didn't stop and read the new info on the updated process. I was under the impression I had the 24 hour email option to cancel my self exclusion. Absolutely my fault and take full accountability of the error. It just sucks because it was not the purpose of my self exclusion request.

I am still not sure if BC can lift the self-exclusion, regardless of the reasoning, they have a Responsible Gambling act to obey. But just shoot me your UID? I'll get my contact to look at it and maybe they can offer you some alternative like... allowing you to withdraw-only so you can play elsewhere with your funds while the countdown ticking.
