Now my main concern is there are a set of people who actually don't gamble but expect that those who has won gambling should show them love by giving them money when eventually a gambler wins not minding how that person has lost money or how psychologically depressed he was when he was struggling while gambling.

That should be inconsequential. Wherever the source of income comes from if we want to give then we should give not minding that we have lost money too without the outsider contributing to it. That person that is not gambling and losing with you may not be gambling for a different reason and not a reason that can be deduced to be mocking those who are gambling. There are certain people that doesn't justdo not like to gamble, some don't know how to gamble, some don't just have the mind to gamble, perhaps some are limited from upbringing and or religious background. So you don't refuse to extend the hand of giving to someone who witnessed joy of winning with you. I have also witnessed someone refusing to collect gift or money shared from gambling winning, even drink was refused just because the person has disassociated himself from gambling and its proceed.

However, I could say the aspect where you may not extend hand of giving to others who witnessed the winning is if the person is mocking you and or regarding you as foolish person and wasteful.

So let hear your view as a gambler are you the generous type or the greedy type when you hit the jackpot?

They say givers never lack and that is the philosophy of giving and receiving. Someone who doesn't gamble might also be making their own money from other avenue. You should give to people around when you win except they refuse. I give when luck happens to me.
