Okay, he can give it a try. Let him download the same app he was using on the faulty phone from PlayStore and input the same email, but I hope the online backup was enabled. My own application online backup does not come enabled by default, but I just hope his own does or he did it without noticing. ) .I've been using ColorNote for about 10 years now and I've changed like 3-4 phones over this period. Each time I get a new phone, all I need to do is to download the same app, enter my email address and all my notes taken in the old phone would come on the new phone.
