They had suspended your account quickly by observing your activity and behaviour. You should add 'resolved' in this thread title as they have already returned your remaining balance.

so that's the problem with this bookmaker "I should be happy if they refunded my money"...that's why I'm not happy with the policy of this site....
They give 60 minutes to upload the utility bill
They don't have the bonus they advertise (that's why new people come)
They suspended my account after one bet, the reason for the suspension is my activity???
