For me who has tried playing on Chip.gg, I have never experienced any problems. But I know there are many users who play on Chip.gg, so each user may experience problems that we have never experienced. So with so many users, of course each user must be patient to process their problems because service support must also serve each user one by one if they experience problems.
If you don't have a problem doens't mean other will not having problem.

Each user having different situation, the problem in the case is "communication" some of other casino having the same but if there has some communication should be not a problem. Meanwhile if you see, the communication is none is making the user difficult.

Exactly that's why we cannot say that there's no running issue if they don't encounter a problem.

Also as we can see it seems that Chips.gg is lacking with proper communication that's why this issue became big. But at least we see someone stepping up trying to help the user who got a issue on their casino. Chips.gg need to evaluate this situation since if more people will encounter this kind of problem this might really give also give them a problem and their reputation might get affected with this.

What, I can tell. Chips casino probbaly use third service or someone who working remotely as support, I can see some live support chats come from PH. Since the support is coming from third parties / someone working remotely they need to ask with the team. If don't have suitable answer, they mostly ignore user chats. But that's the problem is "communication".

If this is really the case then I think people behind their support is not working well, it seems that they neglect on their duties that's why people got this kind of problem. Management should check those people who work on their support and maybe replace them with active so that this issue will not happen again.
