It's been over a week now that filled out the form for the VIP transfer and I have not yet heard anything back. 
I think my numbers are quite good so I am a bit surprised this is taking so long.
Do you have many of these requests at the moment? Since I represent you guys here I also want to test the site obviously, which makes more sense if the transfer would be in place. Hopefully this gets sorted out soon.

We apologize for the inconvenience. I do not have direct contact with the VIP host team, as they work with the core team directly, so I can't say much about it right now. Probably there are more applications than usual, and it's taking a little longer to reach the players. Also, we are in the middle of the transition right now, and there is a possibility that the VIP host team is busier handling the existing VIP clients now.
Still, I will forward this to the team and ask them to review the applications as soon as they can.
