AFAIK Stake recently have an overwhelming number of VIP while the VIP host number is small which is the reason for not having a fast response.

Some user here experienced the same problem on VIP host so you’re not alone. Stake is trying to improve everything due to their increasing number of customers globally.

They should scrap out the VIP host feature and let everyone use the regular support. There are more users below plat 4 and users without VIP host than the so-called VIPs, but the regular support is still faster and more efficient than the VIP host. So I don't think it has to do with the number
