I on behalf of stake, apologize for your dissatisfaction in the stakes vip support system, there is actually no perfect system anywhere and I believe we all should know that, I don't know what exactly have transpired between you and your vip host, but please understand that the issue might just be with the particular vip host assigned to you.

Stake in general have really great vip hosts who care and are attentive to their assigned clients who are stake customers, it is unfornate that you aren't satisfied with the services rendered by your assigned host, Implore the Stake team to look into this and make sure all vip hosts are up and doing at all times.

And it would also make sense if you would write to stake directly about this, it will help the management take notice of this issue and see how they make the vip hosts improve in their services.
