Juventus are also rumored to be interested, but I don't think they will be able to meet Napoli demands.

I think you've mentioned the major part of the reason of delaying the deal in your last line of statement, which is regarding Napolis demand.
I guess this is where the problem also lies with the rest of other clubs in the race of adding Victor Osimhen into their team, the terms of sealing up Osimhen's deal is high for these clubs to come in agreement with, I suspect this is why the Nigerian striker isn’t fully aware where his future career will be at the moment, but I sense Osimhen is very much interested in moving to any of these English Premier League clubs more than he will prefer going elsewhere.
