The BC game doesn't ban you, but you ask for self-exclusion. There might happen mistakes from both ends. So it's a matter of investigation to come to a solution. Unless you abuse the system, BC game needs their user back. It really depends on you; either play on BC game or move to any others. But instead of getting angry, your cooperation would help you to get back your account.
Probably he don’t want to feel the hassle on opening back his account since he admitted the error on his side that he requested permanently self-exclusion rather than 1 year self exclusion.
I have same case on other casino which I mistakenly requested for permanent instead of 1 month just because I’m so upset on my loss that time so I forgot to check the duration including the details on verification email for self exclusion.
There’s still balance on my account when it happened and casino doesn’t reconsider opening again an account once it’s already permanent self exclusion.
