You gotta get used to it by now because this is all part of what makes the bitcoin investment interesting. It makes the weak investors feels frustrated and want to exit the market while the exit then become an opportunity for the strong investors to bag up their bags the more. It may really feel gutting as you’ve said, but you just have to get use to it and wait for the best moment to feel happy that you held through all this moments to reap the profits of your investment and the patience to have held through.

OP seems to look like a newbie in this space and is really complaining about what many old investors in bitcoin are use to. This will be an experience to him and maybe in the next bull market cycle, he won’t complain if the market begins to perform like this or even worse than this and not maintaining a consistent trend. If he’d known, this is a good opportunity to buy more bitcoin instead of complaint.

For me, Bitcoin often moves in unpredictable ways, and that's completely normal for this market.
Many new investors get nervous or panic when prices don't go up right away, but these moments test your patience.

My advice to OP, just zoom out the chart and avoid always checking the price, go out, touch some grass, and stay calm.

Remember that the ones who hold through the ups and downs are usually the ones who see the biggest rewards later.
