The way to easily know if addiction brewing inside of you is when you can't get off your thinking from gambling, for example; you gambled at the morning hours and you want to engage yourself with other work at home or about running to your office but still keep having that feeling to either place another bet before leaving maybe who knows before you might have finished your task or close from your office you could end up having winning. Again, if you can't get your thinking out from a game you lose then you should know that addiction is gradually sinking into you, therefore you need to control them and stay away from gambling for some period of time till you fully recover from gambling addiction.
