Maybe it would be better if someone who says anything about losback in Shuffle should provide complete information including T&C so that they are not confused.

I wonder, if we get any profit when we reach a new VIP level will we get recent gameplay bonus? if yes then it is not part of lossback as @ryzaadit said and that's why I think they are talking about different features.
