Coke has sugar .

And 7oz of coke has more sugar than 6 oz of sugar.

So the 151 drink has more sugar which will fuck you up with the extra sugar.

As a diabetic that still drinks i do not drink a mixed drink with any sugar.

Coke Zero.

I'm not diabetic but I still try to avoid excessive carbohydrates, especially fructose. I avoid rice, potatoes, white bread, flour tortillas, etc., but I do use real cane or beet sugar in my coffee. I tried sweetening with stevia but I found it kind of creepy, and switched back to sucrose, balanced by lots of soluble fiber.

I'd rather consume a little artificial sweetener than all that sugar.

There's nothing quite like a 12-year-old Demerrara rum and Coca-cola.
