Now I get and I can't advise you to always give yourself that chance of doing the push up every morning or every evening because of the nature of your work, if you don't it will affect you badly and you might even fall sick. But which ever way you feel you can get at least 50 push up you can do it. Is not easy to do the kind of work you do and also add it up with the push up, some persons can and when your body starts giving you pains I think is best to take things easy, early morning you can do the push up and skip the next day depending on how busy you'd be at work.

It's not good to repeat the same training routine all the time, it's good to change things up. Sometimes I do push-ups in the morning, sometimes in the evening, sometimes split them in the morning and evening. Sometimes I change the number of sets and reps. It's more useful to work this way.
Another 200 today. Feeling good.

I agree with you completely even myself I find it hard to follow that same pattern, ever since I saw some of the exercises other members are doing on this thread and the app I used sometimes too I had to add some to my daily exercises but I think some people need to use that same style to let their body to get used to it especially new members who haven't done the push up before add other form of exercises. Another thing is, if someone always focus on one exercise it becomes boring because there's nothing new and challenging that was how I felt...is like playing a particular video game continuously and you are used to every stage and know what to do, later you get tired of it.
