I don't necessarily think that procrastination has anything to do about knowledge, haven't you seen someone that wanted to buy Bitcoin but he feels like it's too high to be buy at that rate, that when it drops in value that he is going to buy, but once it drops he refused to buy thinking that it would drop further, at the end of the day he didn't buy at all, so it's not about knowledge or being a newbies because anyone can procrastinate by keeps on postponing something he would have done long ago, so it's not only newbies that procrastinate.
