Majority of users procrastinating of investing in BTC are newbies, because hey lackthey don't have the knowledge of BTC investment.  If you look at some people procrastinating when to invest in BTC and when not to invest in BTC, you will discover that some of them don't believe in BTC investment, and they are afraid of risk taking towards BTC investment.

For people to avoid procrastination of BTC investment, they need to be financial buoyant because it will help them  not to wait till the price of BTC dump before they can hodl BTC. They can eliminate procrastination when they are ready to take the risk to buy from the bull run or bear run to hodl for long years, because the price will not remain in the same price forever.
