We always talk about the help of others or third parties to make us a little avoid gambling or negative effects but for me something like this is a little useless although it is still very useful but we must realize everything starts from ourselves first. When we can control ourselves well of course this is not easy but it must be forced then as you said we will level up against this because after all at least even though we still cannot avoid gambling completely but we can still minimize a little and be aware of the risks faced.

The problem is sometimes many gamblers are aware of things like this but they don't want to force themselves which makes the situation the same no change and they always blame the situation or even the gambling they do but they don't realize that the biggest mistake is that they can't control themselves properly.
